We are a small family-run resort and when we have more than one cabin to clean per day, we really need all the time between Check-out and Check-in.

Off-Site properties are closely monitored by Young's Bay Resort. Respect for property and neighbors is required. Excessive noise or parties will not be tolerated. Guests that fail to comply will be asked to leave and will forfeit any money back on reservation and deposits.

We do not allow early check-ins, and there will be a $50 fee per person in the group for people entering the cabin before 2:00 pm, or special permission from staff. This includes putting items in the fridge or porch.

We require a deposit of half the lodging rate, which will not be refunded, if cancellation is within 30 days of the reservation.

We now accept credit cards with a 3.5% service fee.
